Peanut Butter Frosting

This is soooo good on a chocolate cake! I usually double the recipe for a two layer cake... peanut butter and chocolate are a great combo.

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup peanut butter, smooth
• 5  tablespoons margarine, softened
• 1  cup powdered sugar (or more, to taste)
• 1 -3  tablespoon milk (only if needed to thin) (optional)

Directions

1. Beat butters together with electric mixer, add sugar.
2. If too thick, add a little milk.
