Peanut Butter Cup Candy Filling

When I make Candy at Christmas, I use this as the filling for my peanut butter cups.

• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup creamy peanut butter or 3⁄4 cup crunchy peanut butter
• 3⁄4 cup confectioners' sugar
• 1  tablespoon butter (melted)

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients until blended to a creamy consistency.
