Peanut Butter Cup Bars

Directions

  1. Line a 13 by 9 by 2-inch baking pan with foil.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  3. Add peanut butter; stir until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and sugar until combined.
  5. Press mixture firmly and evenly in bottom of prepared pan.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt chocolate pieces over very low heat, stirring until smooth.
  7. Spread over crumb layer.
  8. Place in refrigerator for 5 minutes or until chocolate is firm.
  9. Lift foil from pan; cut into bars.
