Yields: 4 dozen cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup white corn syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter (plain or chunky)
- 5 cups corn flakes
Directions
- In large pan, bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil.
- Stir in peanut butter and remove from heat.
- Add cornflakes.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
