Yields: 24-36 cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup butter (unsalted)
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions
- In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and peanut butter,.
- add egg incorpotating the ingrediantes well.
- Slowly add flour and corn startch.
- Mix everthing well; but don`t over mix, you dont want hard cookies.
- Roll the dough, cut 11/2 inch pieces, then roll on your hands to form a ball, place in a lined baking tray with parchument paper.Heat the oven to 350 celcius, bake 8-12 minutes.
