Peanut Butter Cookies

My mother used to make for me, peanut butter cookies and a tall glass of milk, nothing better after a hard day at school!!!

Ingredients

• 2  cups all-purpose flour
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1⁄4 cup butter (unsalted)
• 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
• 1  egg
• 1  tablespoon cornstarch

Directions

1. In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and peanut butter,.
2. add egg incorpotating the ingrediantes well.
3. Slowly add flour and corn startch.
4. Mix everthing well; but don`t over mix, you dont want hard cookies.
5. Roll the dough, cut 11/2 inch pieces, then roll on your hands to form a ball, place in a lined baking tray with parchument paper.Heat the oven to 350 celcius, bake 8-12 minutes.
