Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Loaves

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup semi sweet mini chocolate chip
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray two loaf pans with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Sift together dry ingredients. Set aside.
- Cream together butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Beat until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs.
- Beat in vanilla and buttermilk.
- Gradually add dry ingredients. Beat on low speed.
- Stir in chocolate chips. Divide batter between the two prepared loaf pans.
- Bake 45 minutes or until done. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely.
