Peanut Butter Brownies With a Twist

Found this on the Kellogg's website and I have to put it here for safe-keeping. The twist is using cornflake crumbs instead of flour in the recipe. Show more

  1. Stir together corn flakes, baking powder, salt and nuts. Set aside.
  2. In 2-quart saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over very low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  3. Add sugar and peanut butter to the chocolate mixture; stir until combined.
  4. Add eggs and beat well.
  5. Stir in cereal mixture.
  6. Spread in 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
  7. Bake at 350° F about 30 minutes or until done. Cut into bars when cool.
