Peanut Butter Brownies

I was pleasantly surprised with how good these were for using a mix. These are hard to stop eating. I used creamy peanut butter instead of crunchy (personal preference). Recipe courtesy of 101 Things To Do With A Cake Mix. Serving size is estimated.

Ingredients

• 16 1⁄4 ounces  white cake mix or 16 1⁄4 ounces  yellow cake mix
• 1⁄3 cup  oil
• 2  eggs
• 2⁄3 cup chunky peanut butter

• Glaze

• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons milk
• 1  cup powdered sugar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix together cake mix, oil, and eggs.
3. Mixture should be stiff and all the powder should be mixed into the dough.
4. Stir in peanut butter.
5. Bake 14-16 minutes, until golden brown on top.
6. Mix together powdered sugar and milk.
7. Drizzle powdered-sugar glaze over top while still warm.
