Peanut Butter Breakfast Roll

Yields: 8 rolls
Ingredients
- 8 pancakes
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 2 medium bananas
- 1⁄4 cup applesauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Evenly spread peanut butter on pancakes. Or, for apple cinnimon peanut butter flavor, mix in 1/4 cup applesauce and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon with peanut butter.
- Halve bananas lenghwise and then crosswise. Place banana pieces on pancakes.
- Cut pancake rolls into equal pieces. Serve with maple syrup (if desired).
