Peanut Butter Bread

from darlene kossman i made this its nice its really good with honey butter or chocolate frosting i think choclate chips might be good toobut its a good basic bread cheap too.

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup peanut butter, crunchy
• 1⁄4 cup butter
• 2  cups flour
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 2  teaspoons baking powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1⁄4 cups milk
• 1  egg
• 1  teaspoon lemon juice
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  orange peel, grated

Directions

1. cream butters and sugar
2. add 1/2 dry ingredients
3. add milk thats mixed with egg and lemon juice
4. add other 1/2 dry ingreints
5. bake at 350 for 1 hour.
