Peanut Butter-Banana Pudding

I made this for the Thetas and it was a hit! Sarah especially liked it and asked for the recipe. Time to make does not include chill time. Show more

Directions

  1. Use wire whip to mix milk and pudding (do not use electric mixer).
  2. Add peanut butter and sour cream using whisk to blend well.
  3. Line 8x8-inch pan with vanilla wafers.
  4. Top with sliced bananas
  5. Use 1/3 of pudding to cover bananas.
  6. Use 1/3 of whipped topping to cover pudding.
  7. Repeat banana, pudding, and whipped topping layers twice.
  8. Cover top with vanilla wafers.
  9. Chill at least 2 hours.
