Ingredients
- 1 medium banana
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons oat flour (or fine oatmeal)
- 1 dash vanilla
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high for 2 minutes.
