Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 dash salt
- 3⁄4 cup skim milk powder
- powdered sugar
- finely chopped peanuts (optional)
Directions
- Mix peanut butter through dry milk and sugar to taste.
- Mixture will seem very dry.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Roll in powdered sugar and/or chopped peanuts.
