Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookie Bars

Ingredients
- 1 (18 1/4ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup strawberry jam
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a 15x10 inch jelly roll pan with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Combine cake mix, peanut butter, oil and eggs in large bowl until well blended.
- Press evenly into prepared pan and bake 20 minutes.
- Place jam in small microwave safe bowl and heat 20 seconds, spread over cookie base. Scatter peanut butter chips over top.
- Bake an additional 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool completely in pan.
