  • 150  g flour
  • 25  g  oil
  • 9  g water
  • 125  g flour
  • 75  g  oil
  • 100  g  red beans
  • 1  egg
  • 2  tablespoons  sesame

Directions

  1. Sift together dry ingredients.
  2. Knead in wet ingredients.
  3. Shape into a ball and cut 5 snips around the edge too form the feathers.
  4. Bake at 350 for 20 min until golden.
