Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1⁄2 cup peach jam
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
Directions
- In a frying pan brown pork chops and cook until they are done.
- Combine rest of the ingredients, heat in a saucepan and serve over meat.
