Ingredients
- 4 cups peaches, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons margarine
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- Place the peaches in a shallow casserole dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut in the margarine with a pastry blender or a fork until the mixture is crumbly.
- Spread mixture over peaches.
- Bake for about 30 minutes.
