Peachesz Apple Sausage Cheese Pie

I have hade variations of this since I was i kid.I used to make it in crepes then graduated to pies. Use swiss cheese instead of cheddar and becomes a creamy rich variation.Use Blue cheese instead of cheddar and its tangy sweet combo will melt in your mouth.Use American Cheese for smooth texture. This works for breakfast, a hearty winter lunch or a filling dinner special. It can be served with sour cream. Show more
