Peach Tart

A delicious and light summer dessert or can also be served as a sweet canape.

Ingredients

  • 5 -10  tart shells
  • 1 (14 ounce) can  peach slices
  •  icing sugar

Directions

  1. Open and drain the can of peaches, cut the slices of peaches in to thin slithers.
  2. Arrange the thin slithers delicately in a clockwise direction on to the tart, overlapping slightly.
  3. Dust lightly with icing sugar and serve with double cream, custard, ice cream or just on it’s own.
