Peach Sweet and Sour Sauce

I love apricot sweet and sour sauce whenever I've had it. But I had a ton of peach jam that I made from a recipe here on Zaar. After tinkering, I got it just how we like it. May be a little sweet for those that like it a little more "sour".

Ingredients

• 1  cup  peach jam
• 2  tablespoons brown sugar (lightly packed)
• 1  teaspoon dry mustard
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar

Directions

1. Heat in a sauce pan over medium heat just until the brown sugar melts. Pour in blender, and make smooth.
