- 2 cups unsweetened frozen peaches
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 26 g vanilla whey protein powder (like Designer Whey, 1 scoop)
- 1 packet sugar-free lemonade powdered drink mix (quart)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
