Peach , Mango and Rum Frappé

Serves: 2-3
Ingredients
- 1 ounce superfine sugar
- 1⁄4 cup boiling water
- 12 ounces ice cubes
- 1⁄2 mango, flesh chopped
- 1 peach, stone removed
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons lime juice, strained
- 3⁄8 cup white rum
Directions
- Dissolve the sugar in boiling water and leave to cool.
- Pour into a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Serve straight away in chilled tall glasses.
