Peach Honey Chamomile Popsicles

Ingredients
- 4 yellow peaches, ripe
- 2 white peaches, ripe
- 2 chamomile tea bags
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄2 small lemon, juice of
- 1 pinch kosher salt
Directions
- 1. Clean, halve, and pit 2/3 of peaches.
- 2. Puree them with skins until nearly smooth.
- 3. Stir in honey, lemon juice, salt, 2 tbs tea leaves into pureed peaches.
- 4. Coarsely chop remaining peaches and combine in pureed mixture.
- 5. Add more honey, if desired. Make pops a tad sweeter than usual-they loose some sweetness after freezing.
- 6. Pour into popsicle molds or 3oz. Dixie cups with a wooden stick.
- 7. Freeze and enjoy.
