Peach Habanero Jam

Yields: 4 1/2 Half pint
Ingredients
- 1 3⁄4 cups peaches, mashed
- 1⁄2 cup hot bell pepper, chopped small (I used 2 Habaneros peppers and then top off with Jalapeà o peppers)
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 4 cups white sugar
- 1 Sure-Jell
Directions
- Place your fruit and peppers in a pan. Simmer 8 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of cider vinegar. Bring to boil.
- Add Pectin (6 TBL or 1 box). Bring to boil.
- Add 4 cups sugar,,,,, boil hard for 2 minutes.
- Put in hot jars with hot lids and rings. Tighten down hard.
- Turn upside down on towel and cover with another towel till cooled.
