Peach-Glazed Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 12  mini  hamburger buns, split
  • 12 cup  peach preserves or 12 cup  peach jam
  • 12 cup  coarse grain mustard
  • 12  ounces  thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 4  ounces muenster cheese, cut into 12 small slices

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. Place buns on a large baking sheet.
  3. Spread preserves and mustard evenly over bottom half of bun.
  4. Arrange roast beef and cheese over mustard.
  5. Cover with top half; cover pan with foil.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
