Peach Frost Salad

Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 -2 tablespoon lemon juice (depending on sweetness of peaches)
- 1 dash salt
- 3 cups sliced fresh peaches or 30 ounces sliced peaches, drained
- 3⁄4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- lettuce leaf
- sour cream or mayonnaise, garnish
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and heavy cream until mixture is light and fluffy. Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt. Gently fold in peach slices and pecans. Pour into a 9x9x2-inch glass dish. Freeze several hours.
- Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Cut into squares; place each square in center of lettuce leaf on salad plate. Top each with a dollop of sour cream or mayonnaise.
