Peach Cobbler

  1. In oven, melt cube of butter in baking dish while preparing batter by combining all ingredients except fruit.
  2. Pour batter back and forth over melted butter, sprinkle fruit over batter evenly and then lightly top with cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
