Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup margarine, melted
- 1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 4 (16 ounce) cans peaches
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 dash vanilla
Directions
- Pour melted butter in bottom of 9x13 pan.
- Blend first four ingredients and 1 C peach juice, add milk. Pour batter evenly into pan. Spoon peaches over the batter.
- Bake 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
