Peach Baked Apples

  1. Core apples and cut in halves. Put apples in a 9x13 pan, cut side up. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine the preserves, cinnamon & cider. Drizzle over the cut sides of apples and tightly cover with foil.
  3. Bake for 35 min.'s or until apples are tender. Remove from oven, sprinkle apples with crumbled cookies and spoon preserve mix on top. Put back in oven, uncovered, for about 5 min's.
  4. Serve warm, with or without a side of ice cream!
