Peach and Cream for One (Or More)

A very quick and easy way to enjoy a fresh summer peach. Great for dessert and also for breakfast or a light snack.

Ingredients

• 1  peach
• 3  tablespoons cream cheese
• 1  teaspoon sugar
• 1⁄3 cup  whipped cream (I use the kind that squirts out of an aerosol can.)

Directions

1. Peel and cut up a ripe fresh peach.
2. In a small bowl, stir sugar into cream cheese. NOTE: if not using spreadable cream cheese, thin it with a few drops of milk.
3. Gently fold in whipped cream just until smooth.
4. In a parfait or dessert glass, drop 1/4 of the cream mixture, followed by 1/3 of the peach pieces, and so on, ending with a spoonful of cream on top.
