Pb&j Gelee With Peanut Butter Whip

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 ounce unflavored gelatin
- grape juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Peanut butter whip topping
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 cups heavy cream, chilled
- 4 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Prepare the gelatin as directed substituting the water with the grape juice. Add the lemon juice and vanilla extract. Chill until set in 4 dessert cups.
- To make the peanut butter whip topping:
- Melt the 4 tablespoons of peanut butter in the microwave.
- Then beat together with the cream, powder sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Top each of the gelee cups with the peanut butter whip and serve.
