Pawpaw Pie

Found this on the internet. It has very few directions. Reading CJAY's review maybe cornstarch should be added.

• Yields: 1 small pie

Ingredients

• 1  cup sugar
• 1  cup milk
• 1  egg
• 2  tablespoons all-purpose flour or 2  tablespoons cornstarch
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1⁄2 cups pawpaw, peeled and seeded

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into stew pan and stir together.
2. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
3. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake until the crust is done.
