Paula Deen's Brown Sugar Bacon

I saw this on her show and it looked soo good! Tried it this morning and my son went NUTS! You've got to try this!

• Serves: 3
• Yields: 8 bacon slices

Ingredients

• 8  slices  thick bacon
• 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
• 2  teaspoons chili powder

Directions

1. 1) preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. 2) put aluminum foil on bottom of baking sheet and put cooling racks on top.
3. 2) mix brown sugar and chili powder together in a shallow dish.
4. 3) dredge bacon through brown sugar mixture and lay on racks.
5. 4) bake in oven for 20 minutes or more until crisp.
6. 5) enjoy!
