  1. whisk rum extract into half and half.
  2. whisk in pudding mix.
  3. fold all but 4 tbsp topping into the mix.
  4. divide evenly among 4 dessert cups.
  5. refrigerate 20 minutes, or up to 2 days.
  6. garnish each dish with 1 tbsp topping.
