Patrick's Awesome Beef Jerkey

Tweeked the measurements over many months, saving samples to test against until my son Patrick (jerky monster) approved. Requires a dehydrator.

Ingredients

• 2  lbs  flank steaks
• 1⁄3 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 2  tablespoons soy sauce
• 2  tablespoons barbecue sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's Vidalia Onion)
• 1  tablespoon  McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning
• 1  teaspoon onion powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon liquid smoke
• 1⁄2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 2  teaspoons honey

Directions

1. Slice meat into 1/4 thick slices.
2. Marinate in next ingredients overnight.
3. Dry in dehydrator for 12 hours.
