Ingredients

  • 3  pork, legs
  • 2  tablespoons butter or 2  tablespoons  oil
  • 1  onion, chopped
  • 1  teaspoon  of crushed garlic
  • 14 cup  of mirasol  chili or 14 cup pepper, in paste
  • 1  tablespoon vinegar
  • 100  g  of roasted and ground peanuts
  • 12 cup broth, where the legs were cooked
  • 3  potatoes, cooked and diced
  •  salt
  •  pepper

Directions

  1. Clean and peel the legs and put them in boiling salted water.
  2. Once cooked approximately 20 mins drain and dice.
  3. Heat butter or oil in a pan and fry the onion with the garlic and chili. Season.
  4. When the dressing is cooked, add the legs, peanuts, vinegar and broth.
  5. Let boil 5 minutes.
  6. Add the potatoes and mix thoroughly.
