Patia Curry Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 500 g chicken
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled & crushed
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 inch gingerroot, peeled & grated
- 1 green chili pepper, chopped
- 4 cardamom pods, crushed
- 500 g passata
- 4 cloves
- salt
- 400 g mango chutney
Directions
- 1.Heat the oil and cook the onions until soft.
- 2.Add the Garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
- 3.Stir in the spices and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 4.Stir in the pasata.
- 5.Add salt.
- 6.Blast with blender till smooth.
- 7.Add chicken cook till browned.
- 8.lastley add 400g Mango chutney.
- 9. taste & serve with rice/chips WOO WOO.
