  1. 1.Heat the oil and cook the onions until soft.
  2. 2.Add the Garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. 3.Stir in the spices and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4.Stir in the pasata.
  5. 5.Add salt.
  6. 6.Blast with blender till smooth.
  7. 7.Add chicken cook till browned.
  8. 8.lastley add 400g Mango chutney.
  9. 9. taste & serve with rice/chips WOO WOO.
