Pat Mccarron's Strawberry Feta Salad

If you love Feta, feel free to add more! This is a wonderful summer salad.

• Serves: 8

Ingredients

• 1  head romaine lettuce
• 1⁄2 lb  baby spinach leaves, fresh
• 1⁄2 cup walnuts, chopped
• 1  cup strawberry, sliced
• 1⁄4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Directions

1. Don't preheat your oven - it won't be needed!
2. Wash lettuce and spinach leaves.
3. Spin dry.
4. Put into salad bowl with next 2 ingredients.
5. Toss with a balsamic vinaigrette.
6. Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
7. Enjoy!
