Ingredients
- 4 ounces cooked pappardelle pasta
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt
- 1⁄2 tablespoon fresh parmesan cheese, flaked
Directions
- Preheat oven 250F, prepare baking sheet.
- Place pasta in a bowl, toss with oil, basil, oregano, salt.
- Transfer to baking sheet.
- Bake in oven about 10 minutes, until slightly browned and crisp.
- Garnish with parmesan.
