Pasta Club Salad

Ingredients
- 12 ounces penne, lisce or 12 ounces rotini pasta
- 3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch salad dressing
- 6 cups salad greens, torn
- 2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 1⁄2 cups cheddar cheese or cheese, blend
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain; rinse with cold water.
- Toss pasta with chicken or turkey, bacon and dressing.
- Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
- Toss pasta mixture with salad greens, tomatoes and 1 cup of cheese. Arrange on serving plates; top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Season with pepper to taste.
