Pasta Club Salad

Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • 12  ounces penne, lisce or 12  ounces rotini pasta
  • 3  cups  cooked chicken, cubed
  • 8  slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1  cup  ranch salad dressing
  • 6  cups  salad greens, torn
  • 2  large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 12 cups cheddar cheese or  cheese, blend

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain; rinse with cold water.
  3. Toss pasta with chicken or turkey, bacon and dressing.
  4. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. Toss pasta mixture with salad greens, tomatoes and 1 cup of cheese. Arrange on serving plates; top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Season with pepper to taste.
