Passum is a sweet raisin wine sauce that was used by the Ancient Romans.

Ingredients

  • 1  pint wine or 1  pint  grape juice
  •  honey

Directions

  1. Boil the wine or grape juice until it's been reduced by half.
  2. Sweeten with honey and allow to cool.
  3. This should be a thick sweet syrup.
