Passover Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 cups matzo meal
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 cups boiling water
- 1⁄2 cup oil
Directions
- Dissolve sugar and salt in boiling water.
- Pour over matzoh meal Mix well and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Beat eggs.
- Add eggs and oil to matzo meal mixture.
- Form rolls the size of hamburger rolls.
- Place on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
