  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8x8 inch pan.
  2. Wash, peel and cut potatoes into 1/2" to 3/4" chunks. Boil, covered, about 20 minutes. Drain and mash potatoes.
  3. Render margarine into the pot. Add the salt and pepper. Add eggs.
  4. Bake for about an hour, or until golden brown.
