Passover Nut Bars

Ingredients
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup sifted matzo meal
- 1⁄2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
Directions
- Melt chocolate.
- Add oil and salt.
- Beat eggs and sugar.
- Add to chocolate mixture.
- Gradually stir in matzoh meal and coffee.
- Grease 8” square pan well.
- Bake about 25 minutes at 325 degrees.
- Cut into bars when warm.
