Passover Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 10 eggs, separated
- 14 tablespoons sugar
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 8 ounces chocolate chips (optional) or 8 ounces nuts, chopped (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat yolks and add sugar until mixture is lemon colored. Add melted chocolate and chips or nuts. Beat whites until they come to a peak. Fold whites into the chocolate mixture. Pour into greased springform pan. Bake 1 hour. Let cool in pan.
