Passover Brownies

A quick easy treat for Passover that can be doubled and baked in a larger pan.

Ingredients

  • 2  eggs
  • 1  cup sugar
  • 14 cup  cocoa
  • 12 cup  oil
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 12 cup  cake crumbs
  • 12 cup  chopped  nuts (optional)
  • 12 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 325 degrees and grease an 8"square pan.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar together.
  3. Blend in cocoa, oil, and salt.
  4. Gradually mix in cake meal; add nuts and/or chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes (top will be shyny and edges dry).
