Passover and All Year Vegetarian Chopped Liver ( Mushrooms )

Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1⁄4 lb shelled walnuts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
Directions
- Fry the onions and mushrooms in the margarine until the onion turns golden.
- Mix, in a food processor, onion, mushroom, hard-cooked eggs and walnuts.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate.
