Pasilla Chili-Ground Meat Burritos

To me, any dish with cream cheese is yummy, so I like this particular burrito. For servings, I'm estimating 2 burritos per person. In the U.S. you can buy canned pasilla sauce at www.mexgrocer,com/15104.html

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
• 2  tablespoons butter
• 1  tablespoon chicken bouillon powder (or 1 cube)
• 1  can  of pasilla chili sauce
• 4  ounces  pckg. cream cheese, cubed
• 25  flour tortillas

Directions

1. Sautee the ground meat with the butter.
2. Add bouillon cube or powder until meat is thoroughly cooked.
3. Add the pasilla chili sauce and the cubed cream cheese.
4. Simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Fill the burritos with this preparation.
