Party Time Sausage Cheese Balls

Yields: 6 dozen
Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork sausage (I like Jimmy Dean)
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 24 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 cups biscuit mix (such as Bisquick)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Form into 1 inch balls.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
