Party Mango Ice Cream

Yields: 1/2 gallon
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 1 (30 ounce) can mango pulp
- strawberry syrup, if desired (I like Quik)
Directions
- Place the ice cream in a large bowl and soften in the refrigerator about 1 hour before preparing.
- Take out ice cream, place in a large punch bowl (or use the previous bowl) and add mango pulp, mixing well to incorporate.
- Serve in goblet glasses and finish with strawberry syrup if desired.
